The staff were incredibly friendly and organized trips for us, making our experience delightful.

During our stay, I found the bathroom to be uncomfortably small, which was frustrating after long days exploring. The shower curtain did not cling properly, causing water to splash everywhere. Additionally, the pool area had overly strict rules which made it difficult to relax. for instance, the staff’s attitude towards guests bringing their own water was unnecessarily rude and made us feel unwelcome.

Efrem at the hotel was super helpful got us a beautiful volcanic trip and he was always humble and ready to assist.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

Stunning views and exceptional service!

We had a wonderful time during our 4-night stay in a family room. The beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the surroundings. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the Firostefani bus stop, which made exploring convenient. The staff were amazing, regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and even helped us book taxis. While the bathroom could use more space, it didn't detract from our overall experience.
